Kshamata Sachin Lad is an Educator by profession and a spoken word artist, poet, and creative Piscean. Being a spoken word artist, she ows all her creative talent to her father and hence her pen name is क्षमता प्रकाश. She is currently working as an Assistant Professor (Department of Business Studies) with S K Somaiya College, Somaiya Vidyavihar University, before which she had been with K.J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce (2015-2021), Birla College of Arts, Science and Commerce (2011-2015) and Mulund College of Commerce (2010-2011). Before being an educator, she was a Client Servicing Executive with an Advertising Agency. She has completed her education with distinction in Management with BMS as her bachelor’s degree and Master of Management both of which in Marketing specialization from Mumbai University. She has also completed a post-graduate diploma in Advertising & Public Relations from Welingkar Education, Mumbai. She completed her M.Com in Accountancy and Finance (IDOL - Mumbai University) and has a keen interest in research. She has published and participated in research paper presentations specializing in the field of psychology, consumer behavior, advertising and marketing communication. Her papers have been published in peer reviewed journals. She has been teaching undergraduate students for 12 years now. Her subjects include a wide range of Management courses from Business Communication, Strategic Management, Advertising, International Marketing, Research Methods, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Brand Management, Retail Management, Stress Management, Integrated Marketing Communications, Foundation of Human Skills and Indian Ethos in management. Being in education and training young minds, words have always been her superpower. She believes in expressing thoughts and these thoughts can surely make a difference in the world. She always promotes her students to think on their creative side and explore the world from a different angle. She is running a YouTube Channel by the name Be W.O.W.
